Sattva Ekatra Construction Status

Sattva Ekatra is currently preparing for its official launch. The pre-launch started on 01 August 2026. The official launch is planned for 01 October 2026.

The project is not in the full layout development stage yet. Buyers can visit the site, check the project location and register EOI. Formal allotment and full development work will move ahead after RERA approval.

The current Sattva Ekatra site progress includes ready access and marketing setup. The project site has a working marketing office with a paved forecourt, seating area and landscaped garden.

The entrance gate is ready. Visitor parking is available. A Sattva-branded boundary wall has been placed along the approach road. Wayfinding signage is also available near the site.

Internal layout work has not started yet. Roads, drainage lines, water pipelines, power lines and plot-level infrastructure will be built after launch and RERA registration.

This is normal for a plotted project in pre-launch stage. Buyers should track RERA approval, layout work progress and development milestones before making larger payments.

Sattva Ekatra RERA registration is under process. The RERA number has not been issued yet.

Buyers should not treat the project as RERA approved until the official number is available. The layout is approved by the competent planning authority, but RERA registration is still awaited.

Sattva Ekatra is located in Thippapura, Doddaballapura, North Bengaluru, Karnataka 562163. The GPS location shared for the site is 13.2701° N, 77.5440° E.

The project is about 300 m from Satellite Town Ring Road and 1.7 km from Doddaballapur Railway Station. This gives the site strong road and rail access.

The next milestone is official launch in October 2026. After that, buyers should watch for RERA approval and formal plot allotment.

After RERA approval, layout development work should begin. This includes internal roads, drainage, water supply, power lines, street lighting, landscaping and amenity work.

Sattva Ekatra possession is planned for 31 December 2029. The planned completion date is 01 December 2029.

Buyers should track the timeline through RERA updates and site progress. Since this is a plotted development, possession depends on completion of layout infrastructure and approval steps.

Buyers can visit the project site and check the approach road, entrance, marketing office and surrounding location. They should also check STRR access and Doddaballapur Railway Station distance.
